Korea UBF’s second gen orchestra (Great Vision Orchestra) held its New Year music concert with 65 members on Jan. 27, 2015 at Gwanak cultural center, in Seoul Korea. We have held the music concert twice a year in summer and in winter since it began 8 years ago.  Our members (mostly second gens) regularly gathered together every Saturday at 10am at Jongro UBF center for the practice.  Before the concert, in order to better prepare for it, we had a 3-day music camp for practice on Jan. 12-14.

Most of the young Korean students are carrying heavy burdens because of their heavy school study and are stressed out. But through preparing the concert our second gens could throw their stress away and be unburdened and all were happy for a while. They also could make good fellowship with each other learning how to make good unity in the Lord and getting good rest in Jesus’ love.

Since a lot of second gens have participated in the orchestra, many of them have grown up and have become UBF members now. And another new wave of second gens also comes and joins in every year and are growing in the Lord. We thank God for this. We pray that God may continue to use the orchestra as an instrument of the Holy Spirit for second gens’ spiritual growth.
