WMR Committee Meeting
"I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead" (Ph3:10,11).
On April 4th the committee members held their third meeting at Jongo UBF Center in Seoul, Korea.
Attendees: Sh. David Kim (Korea UBF director), Moses Lee (Sungdong), Moses Kim (Anam), Moses Yoon (Gwanak 3) and its subcommittee members.
Closing agenda:
1. Subcommittee in charge of its progress - Young Chan Oh, Caleb Kim and Sooyon Chun.
2. Cultural event - Seongwon Kim.
3. Disposition of seats for missionaries, chorus stage workers and others - Seongwoon Lee.
4. Travel arrival & departure (Serak Mountain and Gwangju) - Joshua Kim.
5. Public relations and ceremony - Abraham Suh.
6. Guidance and security - Joseph Lee.
7. Translation & interpretation - Moses Kim (Hanyang), Nehemiah Kim, Moses Kim (Anam). Interpretations of life testimonies - Gustavo, M. John Suh, Augustine, M. John Lee, Steven, Bob Henkins, Alison and others.
8. Music: Gloria, The Chorus of Angel’s performance by the Orchestra for 15 minutes as missionaries are entering.
9. Medical: The Medical team (one male and female specialist) will be standing by during the WMR and Missionary conference in case of emergency. However, they will not be able to give any routine medical consultation during the WMR or Missionary conference. If any missionary has a health examination in the Korean clinic, any bills incurred should be paid directly by them.
10. Etc: Korean lay shepherds are welcome to participate in the evening lectures. This includes free meals and they can stay in hotel rooms which have a capacity of five. If someone has a health problem and need more space they should ask for a room for two to three people.
Jaeju UBF laymen's airfare will be supported at the lowest cost fare.
Presider and prayer servants for the Missionary conference lectures should be equally selected among the missionaries throughout the world.
Next meeting will be held at next staff conference.
