LET US WORSHIP THE BABY JESUS!

On Sunday, December 17th two special Christmas Worship Services were held in UBF Argentina.

One of them was held in the La Plata chapter. The theme of this service was: "LET US WORSHIP THE BABY JESUS." M. Isaac Cho delivered the message based on Matthew 2:11, “On coming to the house, they saw the child with his mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasures and presented him with gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh.” Through this passage, we learned about the Magi of the East who through much effort and faith sought to worship the baby Jesus.

We had 27 attendants and the special participation of Missionaries Juan, Joanna and Jose Moon from the Paternal UBF chapter. Among the attendants, 9 of them were college students.

This service gave us a precious opportunity to offer baby Jesus our talents. 9 shepherds sang the hymn “Silent Night” in chorus. Sh. Isaac Cho Jr. interpreted “Jingle Bells” on the saxophone. There was also a drama based on Matthew 2. Shepherds Miguel (Engineering - UNLP), Jose Moon (Economics - UBA) and M. Juan Vivas presented several worship songs. Following the service, we shared time together, eating and in fellowship.

We praise God for this Christmas Worship Service, for answering our prayer, and for all participants. We are also thankful for the raising of many coworkers and precious servants who served God’s work. We pray that at this Christmas time all who participated in the worship service may worship baby Jesus as the Magi of the East did.
