Puebla Easter Conference Report

" ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” (Luke 24:7).

We at Puebla had an Easter conference with the theme 'From Death to Life'. Through the Word and life testimonies, we learned how life is under the power of death, and how life is given by Jesus.  Shepherd Alma witnessed the grace of Jesus who cleansed himself from sin, telling the morning lecture "I want to be cleansed". In the morning, shepherd Gabi said, "I will bear much fruit when I die." He decided to sacrifice his time with his family and serve the sheep. The Shepherd Esheter preached the words "Jesus of Eternal Life", which we have spoken at a hundred times but with a point and touching heart. By Noah's words, "Stand up to a young man," Noah testified strongly, "How the power of death dominates man, but how does Jesus raise up the dead, how can we gain the life that Jesus gives us?" Through words, "Jesus had to be resurrected," I delivered a message, 'Why did Jesus have to die and resurrect, and how can we be saved from the power of death?' I pray that the Word will be able to make a richer conference in the future.

Especially at this conference, brothers Gustavo, Andrea and Mali shared their life experiences. Rather than simply confessing their own past, they shared based on the grace of Jesus they received, realizing why they had lived that way before they knew Jesus, and that they loved the grace of Jesus and set a new direction in Jesus. Everyone was greatly blessed by their testimonies.

This year, the Lord gave us 11 new one-on-one sheep. So, I expected many sheep to come to this conference. A total of 15 people attended, and only two were new. I was able to see the amazing and beautiful works that God is building in them through helping their life testimonies, and I appreciated that this conference is a retreat for reaping its fruit. I pray earnestly that the Lord will continue to raise these precious sheep in the Word and will establish them as laborers in the history of witnessing the word of your life.
