GOD'S GREAT LOVE

On May 24-26, Thailand UBF held the Summer Bible Conference at PINE resort, an hour distance from Bangkok.

The title of the conference was "God's Great Love" based on Luke 15:20. God raised 4 messengers: M. Banseok Lee, Ttampol S., Luke, and Dr. Mongkon. They all had prepared their messages wholeheartedly and delivered well. God also raised 2 life testimony speakers, HyunJe S., a senior at Jjullarongkon Univ., and SungIn L. We thank God for enabling us to have such a graceful and joyful conference having the heart moving messages, testimonies, deep group Bible studies, joyful and rhythmic praise and worship. It was like a true rest from heaven! 

We also thank God for God's answer to our earnest prayers to bring new students. Despite Satan's disturbance, two of the newcomers made decisions to accept Jesus as their savior and were baptized during the conference. Praise God! 

Now we are going back to study Mark's gospel continually, 17 steps of Bible Study series, and the book of 1 & 2 Chronicles. My main prayer topic is that each of our members may prepare for next year's conference even from now helping God's flocks with the words of God and sincere prayers in order to encourage them to join the conference. In this prayer topic, our ministry may grow spiritually and physically doubling up our spirit, faith, and numbers for the glory of God. Amen!

(2019 여름수양회 역사 보고)

저희 UBF 태국지부는 지난 5월 24일부터 26일까지 2박3일동안 방콕에서 1시간 거리에 위치한 the PINE 리조트에서 여름수양회를 가졌습니다.

수양회의 주제는 “아버지의 크신 사랑” (누가복음 15:20)으로 정했고 수양회를 통해서 양들과 회원들이 자신들의 죄인됨을 발견하고 회개하고 돌이키는 죄인들을 기뻐 영접하시는 놀라우신 하나님의 사랑을 깊이 깨닫도록 기도했습니다.

4명의 말씀의 종들을 세워 주셨습니다. 부족한 종과 땀폴 목자, 누가 목자, 그리고 몽콘 박사가 말씀을 깊이 잘 준비해서 전했습니다.

2명의 인생소감 강사들을 세워 주셨습니다.  현재 쭐라롱콘 4학년에 재학중인 신현제 형제님과 한국에서 온 지 1달여 밖에 되지 않은 이성인 목자님이 은혜롭게 자신의 인생가운데 임하신 크신 주의 은혜를 간증했습니다.

이 외에도 주제강의 2강에 대한 그룹 바이블 스터디와 찬양과 율동의 시간 등, 비록 짧은 기간이었지만 양들이 쉼과 은혜를 풍성히 받은 수양회가 되어서 하나님께 감사드립니다. 초청역사가 쉽지 않았고 수양회 전에 사탄의 역사가 계속해서 일어났지만 하나님께서 저희들의 기도를 들으시고 참석역사와 성령의 역사를 허락해 주셔서 감사드립니다.  특히 2명이 결단하고 세례를 받게 되어서 하나님께 감사드립니다.

수양회 이후에는 마가복음 하반부 말씀과 17스텝 말씀공부, 그리고 열왕기상하 말씀공부를 계속 이어나갈 예정입니다. 이번 수양회 말씀을 통해서 한 가지 기도제목을 발견했는데, 그 것은 모든 회원들이 주님의 소원대로 사람을 잘 취하는 종들이 되는 것입니다. 그래서 미리 1년전부터 수양회에 데리고 갈 사람을 붙들고 기도하면서 배가의 역사가 일어나길 소망합니다.

동 수양회를 축복하신 하나님께 감사드리며, 특별히 태국 UBF 역사를 위해서 기도해 주시고 물심양면으로 지원해 주신 모든 종들께 감사를 돌려드립니다.
