We thank God for guiding us to the richness of the word of Christ that dwells in the hearts of our brothers and sisters. Especially, we give thanks to God for helping our missionary coworkers to read the Bible more than any other year. M. H*annah Kim confessed that she read the Bible aloud every day and received more grace than any other year. Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, two couples got engaged, one became a shepherd, and one was baptized. We were able to support three families in Asia who are suffering from Corona and disease.

At the missionary conference held in May, Tokyo UBF missionary S*arah Kim presented her life experiences. She majored in nursing and became a nurse, but she was hospitalized with hepatitis and was told by a doctor to prepare for her death. However, she said that God healed her by answering her own earnest prayers and the intercession of many of her people. She testified to God's grace that allowed her to live as a Japanese missionary for 30 years.

In August, the Japan UBF Summer Conference was held online. 108 people from UBF and 28 people from CBF and JBF attended. Although there were difficulties due to the worsening of the COVID-19 situation for the Tokyo Olympics, co-workers across the country began to pray together online two weeks before the retreat. God answered our prayers and blessed the summer retreat greatly.

We pray that we will continue to long for the word of God and pray constantly, and through 1:1 Bible study and discipleship training, we will be able to carry out the missionary work in campuses in 47 regions in Japan and 47 countries in Asia.
