A Short Visit Report of Indianapolis/Colorado Springs UBF by Moses Yoon, Korea

June 16, 2014
I thank God for the opportunity to attend Jeremiah & Yaejin's wedding at U of I and to visit Indianapolis/Colorado Springs UBF from June 6 to June 12.
After the wedding on Saturday and Sunday worship service on June 8 at U of I, Dr. Sam A. Lee, Sh. Moses Lee (SNU-3) and I together visited M. David and Joy Kim at Indianapolis. David Kim is a man of heart and of prayer. Joy Kim joyfully supports the ministry in spite of being without a job for months. Less than a year after their pioneering, several IUPUI students study the Bible and attend their Sunday worship service. Their main prayer topic is to raise 12 committed disciples of Jesus in IUPUI ministry. Please pray that Joy Kim may find a nursing job or, if God is willing, find another way to financially support themselves.
On June 10, I visited Colorado Springs as well. M. Stephen and Grace Kim have been there for the last six years. M. Stephen works for an IT company as a support engineer. They struggle hard to overcome many difficulties including taking care of two children and inviting students to 1:1 Bible study. Except for summer, the weather is quite unpredictable and heavy snow makes it hard to drive due to hilly roads. Their prayer topics are to raise one disciple of Jesus at UCCS (University of Colorado at Colorado Springs) and for their children Anna (16) and John (15) to grow/study well.
