University Bible Fellowship (Director: Mr. David Kim) was born in 1961 and is a world campus evangelism organization. The local chapters of UBF have been spread out over the entire world. The purpose of this evangelism organization is for letting the students both in Korea and world campuses know Jesus and for raising up true spiritual leaders who have a right view of life, history and the world by teaching the Bible.
UBF has 88 local chapters which serve 300 campuses in Korea and 333 chapters in 95 countries serving world campuses. The most significant thing about UBF ministry is 1:1 Bible study. Through 1:1 Bible study, people in UBF help students to know God personally and to put what they learn into practice in their practical lives.
UBF is also devoted to publication ministry. UBF has developed Bible study question sheets for the 66 books of the entire Bible for the beginner and each level of people, and updates every week newly. UBF Daily Bread has been publishing both in Korean and in English every other month for the last 41 years and has been developing Bible study materials and Daily Bread for middle schoolers and high schoolers as well. For elementary schoolers, they have developed "The Bible, My Friend" series and developing "People of the Bible" series.
The UBF is also devoted to service and relief. It helps 50 philanthropic institutions and offers for victims in the world when they are in need as a special offering.
The UBF ministry has been devoted to raising up and educating self-supporting missionaries and sending them into the world. Now there are 1,560 missionaries with various kinds of jobs. It has the largest number of professional self-supporting missionaries as a single mission organization and became a pioneer of the self-supporting missionary movement opening the new era for the world mission.
