Love your neighbor as you love yourself

On April 6 Dr. James Chin Kyung Kim, president of PUST (Pyongyang University of Science and Technology) and YUST (Yanbeon University of Science and Technology) gave a lecture on the love of Christ in LA UBF.  He shared a personal testimony on his walk in the Lord. He said “I am not a communist, not a capitalist, but a lovist; it means he is a man who believes in the love of Christ.” In his lecture, he explained that lovism consists of 7 elements: understand each other, reconcile before the sun sets, forgive, sacrifice oneself, respect others, say, “I am sorry,” and say, “Thank you.” He learned of the value of every soul based on Genesis 1:26-28, “God created man in his own image.”

At PUST, there are about 400 students working on advanced degrees. Running the school requires $5,000 every day. There is a program dedicated to feeding hungry children. An adoption program for one child comes with a price that requires a monthly donation of $10 from one person.
