Joshua 17:15 "'If you are so numerous,' Joshua answered, ‘and if the hill country of Ephraim is too small for you, go up into the forest and clear land for yourselves there in the land of the Perizzites and Rephaites.'"

1. God raised the first shepherd in IPN.

Daniel (Civil Engineering- graduate school 1) received training in attending worship service and offering tithe during the last year. He read the whole Bible twice and coworked well for the work of God. He passed his graduate school exam last September. He fished many sheep and served one sheep Hugo (Electrical Engineering 1). I trained him through Daily Bread 6 times a week and anointed him as a shepherd. Pray for him to grow as a good shepherd who loves one soul deeply and to raise many disciples of Jesus. I thank God who raised Alexandro (Oil Engineering 4) as a shepherd candidate. He wrote 50 pages of his life testimony and reduced it to 6 pages and then 2 pages. Though he was weak in his inner man, he grew spiritually through daily bread, testimony writing and servant-life training. May God raise him as a shepherd next year.

2. God established the first house church in IPN UBF.
God established a house church between Alexandro (Civil Engineering 4) and ELizabeth (UNAM graduate CPA). They had met Jesus personally and lived by faith. Last April 28, God established their house church with the blessing of all Mexico UBF missionaries and brothers and sisters. We prayed for them to love God and obey God and be blessed by God based on Genesis 12:2. Though they are still weak spiritually, may God raise this family as a source of blessing by serving God by faith.

3. Easter Bible Conference and discipleship conference.
We had a united Easter Bible Conference with Guadalajara UBF and were greatly blessed. Bernabe Choi and Daniel served as messengers and Alexandro as a life testimony speaker, presider and representative prayer servant. Hannah and Rebekah served as music servants and Samuel as an orchestra member. Thank God for Daniel, Alexandro, Elizabeth, Hannah and Samuel who were baptized by Daniel Rhee from Namsan and South Africa UBF. They all confessed Jesus as their Savior and shared clear testimonies with decisions of faith. Through this conference, Elizabeth met Jesus personally. She came after driving 9 hours but received much grace and love of God. We also had the IPN Discipleship Conference with the title, "Feed my Lambs." Daniel, Alexandro delivered the message and testimony speakers and group Bible study leaders. New sheep Hugo and Alexandro (Automatic Control 1) attended and received much blessing and faithfully studied the Bible and attended worship service. May God help them to meet Jesus personally and live as disciples of Jesus.

4. Thanksgiving topics of IPN.

We thank God who blessed us with the study of Matthew’s Gospel and Genesis. God raised 2nd gen Hannah Choi as a missionary to Chicago at Loyola University. She had learned faith for 12 years in Mexico through playing piano and violin and serving God. May God grow her as a 2nd gen missionary and a shepherdess. We thank God who sent Hugo through Daniel and Alexandro and other new sheep through Bernabe Choi. Thank God who allowed faithful testimony sharing on Sunday and allowed faithful leaders' prayer meeting on Thursday. Thank God who allowed us a prayer topic to raise 20 shepherds and 10 house churches until 2020.

5. What I learned from my God through serving the work of God in 2012.
I took Joshua 17:5 as my key verse and found a direction to pioneer a campus. I read the whole Bible twice and had early morning daily bread and prayer. I learned about God who blesses his people through the priests through Malachi Bible study with Daniel Rhee. Through this study I learned I was a spiritual priest of my generation and thanked God who wants to bless Mexico and God's flock at IPN through me. Though I invited so many sheep, I could not find sheep whose hearts were prepared, but God sent Alexandro last October and enabled me to serve him. God raised me as a regional leader of Mexico and enabled me to serve our missionaries in Mexico and for the Central America directors' conference. Personally, I suffered a lot to serve Alexandro and Elizabeth who established a new house church for their worship service and 1:1 Bible study and despaired a lot. But I repent that I was not faithful in serving God due to my laziness and easy going desire. I want to repent of my sin deeply and want to hold on to Luke 9:23 and deny myself and carry my cross to learn Jesus.

6. 2013 New Year direction and prayer topic
