Merry Christmas!

We thank and praise Jesus who came to this world so humbly to be with us, to save us from the power of sin and to raise us as a kingdom of priests and a holy nation for this generation. We celebrated the 2012 Christmas worship service together with about 200 attendants including our Mainz UBF co-workers in the community center of Bonn praising God for his wonderful grace of salvation and the grace of Immanuel. Sh. Joachim Dietzel gave the joyful Christmas message based on Matthew 1:23. Through his message we saw how Jesus was with Germany and Europe faithfully blessing us with his wonderful vision to be used as a shepherd nation and a missionary-sending continent again.

Our worship program included orchestra and hand-bell performances, a skit performed by two house churches, a children’s and Next Generation choir, a children’s ballet, a clarinet and a soprano solo, a Christmas poem and a meaningful Christmas drama. We worshipped baby Jesus with great joy and with our offering for the construction of the Bethesda Mission Hospital in Uganda.

Especially this year, the performances of our Next Generation missionaries in the Senfkorn orchestra improved remarkably under the servantship of Johannes Chang and Happy Maria Park. We believe that God will bless our benefit concert for the construction of the Bethesda Mission Hospital, which will be held on January 1^st, 2013 in a congregational chapel in Cologne with the theme “A New Beginning”.

Our 2012 Christmas worship service was full of vision for our ministry in 2013 because of the spiritual co-working of our Next Generation missionaries who invited many new friends. We thank God for giving Msn. Paulus Lee and our Mainz co-workers heavenly joy and comfort in the midst of the homecoming ceremony of Sh. Barbara Lee who completed her pilgrimage and went to heaven.

May God bless Dr. John Jun’s CME-ministry in Europe this year and use our UBF ministry preciously in the New Year 2013 for world campus mission. May God give you all necessary health and bless your stewardship and servantship for all UBF co-workers all over the world through your sincere prayers and letters.

Our co-workers will be very glad to see you here in Bonn in the beginning of next year.
