Beautiful Wedding between Augustine and Hannah Park, Chicago

White snow came down for two days covering all the dirt and grime of Chicago and when the sun newly began to shine so brightly, the bridegroom walked in with a sunshine face accompanied by much applause, and the bride stepped in also as shy as white snow falling from heaven. It was the wedding day of Augustine Park of Chicago UBF and Hannah Kim of College of DuPage (COD).

The wedding ceremony was held in the same place as the 2012 UBF North America Staff Conference, in the Intercontinental Hotel at noon, on February 25th with around 500 guests including all North American staffs and 10 foreign delegates from Korea, Germany, Mexico, China and Russia. The day gave double joy because we also sang "Happy Birthday" to Hannah Kim. Pastor Kevin Albright, NU minister, officiated the wedding with the blessed words from Ephesians 5:1, 2: "Follow God's example, therefore as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God." Augustine Park graduated from Northwestern University, one of the Ivy League universities. He grew up in the faith as a dearly loved child of God and the son of M. Elijah and Mary Park. He successfully completed all the UBF main programs as an exemplary 2nd Gen: CBF, JBF, HBF and UBF. He is one of the very precious unmarried fellowship leaders, which is very rare in UBF Chicago history. Hannah Kim had to move with her parents, M. David and Joy Kim who served as exemplary shepherds in Korea, Los Angeles, Chicago, DuPage, and is now studying Podiatry at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and science. She never complained as an obedient child of God. She was always very supportive as a coworker of her parents' mission with music and all kinds of activities. Mother Barry, Dr. John Jun, Pastor Abraham Kim and Pastor Ron Ward blessed them with prayers. Both of their fathers, who are UBF full time staffs, shared their utmost joy, too. May God use them as good shepherds and as an exemplary missionary house church in Chicago and world mission who follow God's example and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us.
