Nagasaki Christmas Worship Service, Japan

We thank God for carrying out his good work in us and among us by pouring out the Spirit of Jesus in our souls in 2011. God used the Nagasaki ministry to pioneer several places. Caleb K’s family was sent out to Tokyo, and Zechariah and Elisabeth's family was sent out to New Jersey as a short-term missionary family. We also thank God that Peter L’s family could settle down in Thailand after a long journey around Asia.

We started this year with a clear prayer topic to raise one man of faith and have been praying for E since then. E has been faithfully growing throughout this year. At the Christmas worship service, six students attended from the University of Nagasaki, including, E. Thank God for blessing our Christmas worship service with them.

Thank God for blessing our family, especially my eldest daughter Sarah to graduate from the University of Nagasaki and get a job. We pray for her to be a good spiritual influential co-worker at her working place in 2012. My oldest son David is going to graduate high school this year and study at the University of Jyowoochi where he will join the Tokyo ministry. We pray for him to be a good solider of Christ in the Tokyo ministry. We also thank God for the growth in body and spirit of Joseph, Anna, and Joann.

For the coming new year, we are studying 1 Corinthians 13 about love. Please pray for us to grow in the depths of God’s love through the Bible study.

Thank you for your prayer support!

David
