2011 Korea UBF Music Concert Report
Korea UBF Orchestra's 8th Annual Fall Concert
"Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good. His love endures forever" (Ps 136:1).
At 8 pm on Nov. 14, Korea UBF held its fall music concert at Sowol Art Hall in Seoul, Korea. It was a big scale concert, consisting of 70 orchestra members and 70 choir members. The hall, with a capacity of 520, was fully filled, and we all gave glory to God, full of thanks and praise throughout the concert.
The concert program was quite diverse and abundant, focusing on the fall harvest atmosphere with musical gems of Korean songs, operas (arias), gospel solos and choirs, viola and cello solos, etc., including Finlandia Overture and New World Symphony.
Though we are all weak with many shortcomings, when we offered our small talents to God with all our hearts as our five loaves and two fish, God was so pleased and blessed the concert to be full of grace and joy from heaven, making it an impressive concert. Though we are a wicked and perverse generation, we thank God for enabling us to serve his flock with beautiful and spiritual music, to restore their souls, and to serve them with the word of life.
