Recently, regions in Central Thailand, such as Ang Thong, Lop Buri, Saraburi, Pathum Thani, and Suphan Buri have had severe flooding and many people have died since the flooding started in July. Effects of the flood are not limited to casualties, but also damages to electricity, the water supply system, and other areas once the water level climbs over two meters.  

The government has endeavored to protect Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, from the flooding, but it is limited in controlling the tremendous amounts of water coming from the north.  Therefore, we think that the flooding will reach Bangkok sooner or later. Our location in Bangkok where we are living is higher than other places, which is safer.

Our center is on the 15thfloor of a building, so it is safe from the flood. However, it may be difficult to have our worship service if the roads are flooded. People also started to stockpile groceries, drinks, rice, and vegetables. Many empty houses are being broken into by thieves during this time. Please pray for us to overcome this hard time by faith and depend on God.
