"The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you.  "I will make you into a great nation  and I will bless you; I will make your name great,  and you will be a blessing." (Genesis 12:1,2)

Greetings in Jesus. After hearing the news about the natural disaster caused by tsunami and earthquake and the following  radioactivity, I wondered how the people of Japan could have the hope to live in the future.

But when men become hopeless, God never gives up his hope for us. I thank God for enabling us to see the hope of God in Japan since God is working mightily through our missionaries in Japan.
On March 21, 2011, a short term missionary family named Zechariah and Elisabeth from Nagasaki UBF arrived in New Jersey.
M. David from Nagasaki UBF sent this family based on Genesis 12:1,2 with prayer that this family may learn the God of America and grow as a source of blessing for the ministry in Japan after one year research program at Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey.
I thank God for showing the hope of God through our missionaries in Japan and the work of raising up missionaries from Japan. I pray that Japan may restore her to be a missionary sending nation for the whole world.

Prayer topics for the family of Zechariah and Elisabeth.
1) To be a source of blessing in Japan based on Genesis 12:1,2.
2) To learn the God of America through coworking in NJ UBF
3) Successful research for 1 year program in Engineering at Rutgers University.

In Christ
M. John from New Jersey UBF.
