P. Abraham Kim Visited U.S. East Coast Chapters
During September 11-28, 2014, Pastor Abraham and Sarah Kim visited East Coast chapters in the United States. The chapters that he visited are
Buffalo (NY), Springfield (MA), Connecticut, New York, Stony Brook (NY):
Wayne & North New Jersey, Brunswick (NJ), Trenton (NJ), Atlantic City (NJ):
Philadelphia, Baltimore I, II:
Washington DC, Cornerstone:
George Mason (VA), Richmond (VA), Charlottesvile (VA), Atlanta (GA) + Auburn (AL).
In each chapter he visited the main campus with coworkers and prayed on the campus. He studied Acts 28:16-31 (“Paul Preaches the Kingdom of God in Rome”) with missionaries and leaders. He served Sunday messages at New York, Washington DC and Atlanta chapters. He deeply thanked God for the faithful coworkers who are keeping the lamp of God burning with their children for the campuses of the East Coast through one-to-one Bible study and discipleship ministries. He also thanked Washington DC and New York chapters for their support for regional chapters. Through the words of God, he encouraged all coworkers, like Apostle Paul in a prison house, to keep the flame of God’s compassion and love toward lost sinners, have God’s kingdom above all circumstances by remembering God’s grace and spiritual blessings, and proclaim the kingdom of God and teach about the Lord Jesus by welcoming all whom God sends. The Holy Spirit gives us power we need and the Lord works with us.
Like many UBF chapters all over the world, 64 of 111 chapters in USA/Canada are one- or two-family house churches. Please pray, support and encourage these chapters.
In Christ, Paul Shin
