KIMNET Report
KIMNET (Kingdom Inter-Missions Network) held the 2015 International Mission Leaders' Charlotte Forum at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Charlotte Campus, North Carolina on May 14-15, 2015.
The main topic was Cooperation and Partnership, focusing on promoting and enhancing ministries locally and globally. About 20 churches and mission organizations In North America were represented.
Rev. Samuel Choe, the executive director of KIMNET, invited 2 UBF representatives as plenary session speakers: Mother Sarah Barry and Pastor Abraham Kim. Mother Sarah Barry shared her life testimony with the title, “My life and the Bible,” based on 2 Timothy 3:16,17. Rev. Samuel Choe presented her a plaque of appreciation over her lifelong dedication for world mission. Pastor Abraham Kim shared the work of God through UBF with the title, “Mobilizing and training lay people for ministries,” based on Ezekiel 37:10. He testified how God has mobilized lay people to be his vast army for world mission through the living word of God. KIMNET meeting ended with a hymn, “How Great Thou Art!”
I witnessed beautiful cooperation and partnership among KIMNET, UBF, other churches and mission organizations. May God bless our cooperation and partnership with God’s people in other churches and mission organizations to advance God’s kingdom locally and globally.
