The Young Adult Winter Retreat took place from January 13 to January 15, 2024, with the theme "Enjoying God." It was mainly organized by Susan Y., Joseph H. Jr, and Rebecca H. and attended by 90 people from 15 chapters, including Hamilton, Canada; Madison, Wisconsin; and Akron, Ohio. The retreat featured messages on various topics, including "Joy in Salvation" by Steven G, "Joy in Everyday Life" by Fredrick N., and "Joy after Suffering" by Suzanne J. There were ten small groups led by young people, with support from older shepherds, and new leaders were welcomed into the leadership role. Interest groups were offered on topics such as "Playfully Pursuing God," "Going Into the Unknown," and "Biblical Finances." The retreat concluded with sharing reflections. The organizers are thankful for God's provision throughout the retreat and pray for continued training and development to raise young leaders and spread the gospel to other young people.
