HE REMEMBERS HIS COVENANT FOREVER

Passage: Psalm 105:1~45

Key verse: 8

1. Bible teachers to the nations (1-7)

Let us give thanks to the Lord and call on his name. The hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice. Let us make known to all the nations what he has done, so that all people everywhere may worship and obey him.

2. God remembered his covenant (8-45)

God who created the heavens and the earth made a covenant with Abraham and his descendants. God remembers his promises. He promised to give the land of Canaan to the descendants of Abraham. In order to do this, he sent them to Egypt to become a great multitude, then he delivered them from Egypt by mighty acts of judgment. Then he brought them through the desert to train them and teach them his love. Finally, he gave them the promised land. He did these things so that they might keep the commandments, and become a holy nation, a kingdom of priests for the world.

Prayer: Lord, thank you for remembering all of your promises. Help me to obey you by faith and claim your promises.

One Word: God keeps his promises.
