God wants us to be free to express ourselves in times of joy. What greater joy is the feeling of freedom from fear and shame? From our awakened souls, we can make music, sing songs, and shout for joy. God created us to be seen, heard, and known. Each person is a vessel of God’s Spirit in us. Our lives can reflect the glory of God and his salvation through our stories and songs or through whatever creative expression in us let loose.
Prayer: Lord, you are the savior of our souls and allow our souls to sing. May we find our voice in your love and mercy and your glory revealed to the world.
One Word: The LORD is my salvation.
