LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO

Passage: Psalm 107:1~22

Key verse: 2

1. Some wandered in deserts (1-9)

Once I was lost in the desert of life with no direction and no destination. I was spiritually starving. But when I cried out to the Lord, he set my feet on the path of holy pilgrimage. He fed me with the bread of life and brought me to his city.

2. Some suffered in iron chains (9-16)

Rebellion against the word of God leads to slavery. Slavery to sin is terrible. I could not help myself; no other person could help me. But when I cried out to the Lord, he forgave me and saved me. He broke the chains of sin and set me free..

3. Some became fools (17-22)

Those with a rebellious spirit are fools. I was once sick with sin because of my rebellious ways. I could not but die in my sins. But when I cried out to God, he saved me. He sent me his word and healed me. He rescued me from the grave.

Prayer: Lord, I give thanks to you for you are good. You redeemed me from the hand of my foe, Satan.

One Word: Let the redeemed of the Lord say so
